Today there seems to be a working frame of thought that corporations only account to their "share-holders" while non-profits answer to "stake-holders." What the recent global recession has revealed is that we all "share" a "stake" in what happens to all of our communities as it relates to corporate governance and the unbridled pursuit of wealth solely for the sake of profit. Because we understand that the wealth disparity between communities also occurs globally, we seek to advance systematic change to benefit diverse communities by investing in, connecting with and illuminating socially-conscience individuals, companies or organizations who can help shift this paradigm. 

We encourage our clients to go BEYOND BUSINESS AS USUAL to make a more substantial impact on the world and the citizens who inhabit it. 

At BizHaven, we go beyond business as usual by directing a portion of all of our proceeds to support individuals and organizations that align with our core mission.

The Beyond Business Process: 

You may contact BizHaven directly regarding what it is that you, your organization or company is doing that makes our world a better place. Or, our members and consultants may submit organizations or causes during the sign-up process. Either way, we will review all requests and make a determination as to whether to list the cause or organization on our site. Once selected BizHaven will periodically illuminate the work being done by individuals or organizations in our Beyond Business portal and encourage people to personally get involved in a variety of ways. Eventually, BizHaven will make contributions to those causes based on specific needs and our funding capacity.
